She is put through a series of tests by, Butler, whom wants to prove his chauvinistic relationship theories. An judging by the picture above, a more interesting result occurs.The movie also stars Eric Winter, Nick Searcy, Bree Turner, Cheryl Hines, John Michael Higgins and Kevin Connolly, has been released. With Eric Winter in the movie and the 'battle of the sexes' it has a feel of the recently released "He's Just Not That Into You." I get asked that question. A lot. You see, five years ago I wrote and directed an independent, low budget film starring Katherine Heigl called Side Effects. The film was loosely based on my ten years selling pills for big pharma and was just now (finally) released on DVD by Warner Bros. For 16 days Katherine, I and the rest of the crew worked 12 to 14 hours a day. She napped on my couch (we couldn't afford a 'trailer'), she played with my kids (we couldn't afford a babysitter), she knitted on my porch. She even wore my underwear. Given the current rumor mill about Katherine's on and off set antics as well as the time/money/stress involved with an indie production, most people assume that I must have had a nightmare on my hands during the shoot. The opposite was true. Katherine showed up ready to work. She was in 95 percent of the scenes and had to undergo multiple location, hair, makeup, and outfit changes each day with little to no privacy. She was tireless. Flawless. And gracious to everyone from key producers down to the lowest level extras and production assistants.
On last week's episode of "Grey's Anatomy," Katherine Heigl's character Izzie survived iffy brain surgery. Yikes! That may mean that the rumor isn't true that the program's producers have been secretly plotting to kill off the role of the past Emmy champ (Heigl won best supporting drama actress in 2007) to punish her for a gripe she made against them last year. If they really wanted Izzie dead, they just missed a big chance. So what's ahead?"I don't know if I live or die," Heigl told the Associated Press. "I don't know how Izzie fares." But she wants Izzy to endure her bout with cancer, which recently seemed to be a fatal case when it spread to Izzy's brain. "I'm there" if Izzie remains part of "Grey's Anatomy," Heigl added, because she says she's great pals with her colleagues and the set is "one of my favorite places to be."
Stage and television star Sharon Lawrence will guest star on Grey's Anatomy later this season, according to TVGuide.com. She will portray the mother of Dr. Izzie Stevens, played by Katherine Heigl. The role comes during the storyline of Heigl’s character being diagnosed with cancer. Izzie’s mother has never been shown on screen so this is the first time we will meet Mama Stevens. Lawrence is best known for her work as Sylvia Costas on NYPD Blue and for her Broadway work in Chicago, Fiddler on the Roof and Cabaret. More recently, she was seen on Desperate Housewives and Privileged. Izzie’s mother is set to drop by Seattle Grace in late April for one episode.
