Enjoying a relaxing evening at a Beverly Hills salon, Katherine Heigl was spotted undergoing a six-hour pampering session last night (March 16).
The “Grey’s Anatomy” hottie looked gorgeous as she emerged from the beauty shop to find a swarm of paparazzi eagerly awaiting her exit.
Always dressed to impress, Katherine sported a black and beige jacket overtop a beige button-up blouse with belted jeans and a massive beige handbag.
Heigl’s hubby Josh Kelley recently recorded a song with Ashlee Simpson’s ex Ryan Cabrera called “Tell It Like It Is.” Josh and Ryan will also be touring together this spring.

Katherine Heigl's character Dr. Izzie Stevens revealed she's dying of cancer on last night's Grey's Anatomy -- a scoop Us Weekly first reported eight months ago.
On the show, Izzie asked her interns do diagnose "Patient X" -- which they don't know is really her. Lexie (Chyler Leigh) discovers it's metastatic melanoma -- skin cancer -- and it's spread to her brain. (Which explains those hallucinations earlier this season of her dead ex Denny Ducette, played by Jeffrey Dean Morgan.)

Yet another source has reported to PerezHilton.com about Katherine Heigl's on-set diva behavior!
After the alarming news of Katherine's extremely unprofessional behavior on her new film, a Perezcious reader shares that they were an extra on Heigl's 27 Dresses two years ago and they're spilling the deets of the actress' shiteous temperament while filming!
"She wouldnt film any scenes until her assistant (who looked 12 months pregnant at the time) ran and got her a Coke Zero. She refused to eat lunch next to anyone or have anyone speak to her once the cameras stopped rolling. I filmed RIGHT next to her… for ten hours straight two days in a row and she never once said hello to me. Never even looked in my direction even after I tried to make conversation."

The actress is living up to her reputation for being "difficult" to work with on her latest movie, the action film Five Killers.
Multiple sources reveal exclusively to PerezHilton.com that Heigl is being extremely unprofessional and making diva demands that are uncalled for.
"She's had a appointments with us - from camera tests to fittings - that she just hasn't shown up to and has been making herself unavailable," a crew member tells us. "She and her mother [her manager] even had the audacity to request that wardrobe people go to her. We accommodated that request and she flaked on the meeting."
The film is going to be shooting in Atlanta and in various parts of France, and sources tells us that Heigl is "demanding to be flown by private plane and for crazy amounts of security."
"No one on the crew likes her," an insider on Five Killers tells us.
A source close to Heigl places the blame on her mother/manager, however another industry source counters that she is responsible for her own destruction.
"She has a sense of entitlement that is really off-putting," a source tells us. "Many directors that she's worked with in the past DO NOT want to work with her again."
Katherine wants desperately to get off Shonda Rhimes' Grey's Anatomy, and she's publicly badmouthed Judd Apatow's Knocked Up, which made her a box office star.
